Under the Law on Independent Entrepreneurs, every registered independent entrepreneur from our region is an obligatory member of the Regional Chamber of Independent Entrepreneurs Banja Luka.

Important Note
Membership is mandatory for all independent entrepreneurs operating in our region (15 cities and municipalities). The membership fee is paid once a year and covers all services and benefits provided by the chamber.

How to Register Your Business
A guide through the process of registering an independent business and automatically acquiring chamber membership
Prepare Documentation
Obtain the necessary documents
Copy of ID card, court certificate confirming no outstanding financial obligations and no ban on performing business activity, tax clearance certificate, completed SP1 form.
Submit Application
Submit application to the local self-government unit
Submit the registration application to the relevant local self-government unit in your area.
Wait for Approval
After submission, wait a few days for approval.
After the application is submitted, the relevant authority processes the documentation. A decision is usually received within a few business days.
