Chamber founding
The Crafts Chamber was established in Banja Luka, marking the beginning of organized association of the craft and entrepreneurial sector in the region.
Post-war development
Restoration of chamber operations after World War II. The chamber becomes a key institution for coordinating craftsmen and small entrepreneurs.
Transformation into the Crafts Entrepreneurship Chamber of the Banja Luka region
Transformation into the Crafts Entrepreneurship Chamber of the Banja Luka region. Adaptation to market economy and new legal regulations.
European integration
Beginning of active cooperation with European chamber organizations and participation in EU projects for entrepreneurship development.
Digital transformation
Introduction of digital services for members, online platforms and modernization of business processes. We become a leader in digitalization of chamber services.
New law and new chamber name
On 1.1.2025, the new Law on Independent Entrepreneurs came into force — a complete reform of the legal framework. The chamber changed its name to the Regional Chamber of Independent Entrepreneurs Banja Luka.
